Purpose of the Privacy Policy

Automatically collected information: When you navigate our platform, mobile application, website or any other service, we automatically collected non-identifiable information such as IP address, browser, device, browser and operating system. Such information is required to maintain application security and usage analytics.
Location Information: We may also use your location information as Aggregated Personal Data for analytics purpose. It is only available to use when you allow the Location Services on your mobile device or browser.

We use your information for the purposes based on legitimate business interests. In legal terms, we are generally the 'data controller' under European data protection laws since we determine the means and/or purposes of the data processing we perform. However, if you are a business customer with whom we have entered into a data processing agreement for the provision of corporate services to you then you would be the 'data controller', and we would be the 'data processor' under European data protection laws since we would be processing data on your behalf in accordance with your instructions. Below is the list of purposes:
Account creation: We use your email to facilitate account creation and logon process, as well as provide to answer your question or resolve your problem. If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process.
Security Alerts: If you activate two-factor authentication feature, we use your email and/or mobile number to send you security code. You can always go to your profile section to disable these emails.
Device Alerts: If you enable device alerts related to fever and no mask identification, we use your email and/or mobile number to send you the notifications. You can always go to your profile section to disable these emails.
Request feedback: We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our platform and services.
Administrative Information: We may use your personal information to send you the product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions and policies.
Person registration: Our business customers may electronically submit to us personal data they possess about their visitors and employees. This data is used for the processing and hosting the person. We use the data of the business customer as per the agreement, or as may be required by law.
Guest Access: If you submit your data voluntarily for the purpose of visiting our business customer, you grant permission to use your data for the purpose of accessing IoT device and analytics.
